1. Product Application:
LLRD-K13C Asphalt Pavement Grooving Machine is a machine used for repairing cracks on asphalt pavement. It has the advantages of small volume, flexible travel, high reliability and high efficiency. It is an essential machine for slotting cracks before repairing and filling the asphalt pavement.
The working principle is that the powerful gasoline engine is used as the power source, and the main shaft is driven to rotate at high speed through the three/angle belt. The hand wheel is raised and lowered by hand to lower the main shaft and cut the crack. The front walking wheel uses a universal wheel to make the whole machine work. The groove can be cut according to the curve naturally formed by the crack. The fan page equipped with a matching fan can also be used to clean the dust in the groove after slotting to achieve the purpose of multi-use.

3. Main Features:
1). KOHLER GASOLINE ENGINE
Import Kohler engine, 13 HP. The engine can bear the influence under harsh construction environment, providing the maximum guarantee of the engine's performance and working time.
2). AIMING LOCATOR
The cutting position indicating locator could instruct the operator to conduct grooving cutting along the cracks. It can accurately conduct the work of slotting and expanding the crack to irregular road cracks according to the indication of fracture indicator.
3). Shock-proof handle design guarantees comfortable operation for the users;
4). The manual push rod can regulate the rising and falling of crack router's cutters
5). The front wheel USES the universal castors, which assures that the machine could cut into the groove according to the curve of the fracture.
6). Special vacuum devices make it dust-free during grooving.

3) Outer Packed by standard non-fumigation wooden cases or carton boxes.
